    We mostly clean Monday-Friday but are available on some Saturdays as needed.

  • No, many of our clients are not home during their scheduled cleaning. As long as we have access to your home, our team can complete the cleaning while you’re away.

  • Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with the cleaning supplies and tools needed to complete the job. Reach out to our team if you have any special requests when it comes to what supplies we use or avoid. We keep a detailed list of supplies in stock for each specific home. Miz Maids ensures that any allergy or scent preference is addressed.

  • We understand that life happens and sometimes there is a reason to cancel. However, we still have to pay our team when the cancellation comes too last minute. Please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, or there will be a 50% charge incurred.

  • Yes! We offer 20% off for first responders, Mizzou employees, military personnel, and healthcare professionals.

    We also offer 25% off your next cleaning when you refer a new client!
